You know, I never really thought much out outdoor lighting as I do now. This year when we had our annual fish fry and bonfire, plus ended up putting some lights around the fire pit so when we decided to let the fire die down and everyone thought it was time to head home, we would all be able to find our way through the woods without tripping over anything. Plus it was nice because it wasn’t bright bright where you could see everyone plan as day, but it was bright enough that you could tell who was sitting where.
Now that it gets dark so early here thanks to daylight savings time I’m noticing more outdoor lighting more than ever. I think it always looks nice when people have their lights on outside at night time and I would love doing it, but I have a feeling I would always forget I turned them on and they would end up being on day and night! Then I would be scared to see what that electric bill would look like.
